Livingston HealthCare at Livingston Public Schools is a health clinic located at Park High School, serving students from East Side Elementary School, Sleeping Giant Middle School, and Park High School, as well as all Livingston School District Staff. The purpose of a school-based health center is to improve the health of students and staff, optimize student time in school, increase adolescent access to health care and decrease adolescent risk behavior. Clinic medical provider, Lindsay Comte, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Christopher Spromberg, Licensed Clinical Psycologist are available:

- Annual Well Child Checks
- Sports Physicals
- Chronic disease management
- Athletic injury evaluation and return-to-play clearance
- Acute illness—walk-in care
- Skin condition/rash treatment
- Acne management
- ADHD follow ups
- Adolescent health care
- Reproductive health counseling
- Follow up care for adolescents with special-needs
- Nutrition counseling
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Crisis Evaluations
- Short-term counseling for anxiety and depression
- Behavioral health evaluations
- Group Therapy
Important Info:
To receive medical services at the Livingston HealthCare at Livingston Public Schools Clinic, please complete and sign the consent form and return to the Park High School main office. Students cannot be seen in the health clinic until a signed consent form has been returned. The clinic bills private insurance, Medicaid, and Healthy Montana Kids. No student will be denied care due to inability to pay. If you have a family medical provider, you can still use the Livingston HealthCare at Livingston Public Schools clinic. You may find it convenient for your child to get medical care at the clinic if they get sick or injured at school.
Confidentiality
Your child’s medical information will be treated with strict confidentiality. If you would like the staff of Livingston HealthCare to discuss your child’s condition with the school, you must complete the authorization part of the form. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to notify the school of any medications, allergies, or medical problems that may affect your child during the school day. By signing the authorization form, you are giving Livingston HealthCare at Livingston Public Schools and the school nurse permission to share medical information regarding your student’s medical condition on an as-needed basis.
