Athlete Wellness Program

The Athlete Wellness Program is Livingston HealthCare's commitment to Park County school sports. Designed to improve each athlete's ability to train and compete, the program provides free visits to a physical therapist for student athletes.

Program Services

Services provided by our Athlete Wellness Program include:

• Annual physical: A 30-minute visit, including a thorough physical evaluation, vision exam, growth check and education with a healthcare provider to prepare teens for summer activities, school sports and life.
• Two free physical therapy visits for an injury received during school sports practice/game, which includes a consultation and evaluation.
