Livingston HealthCare’s UrgentCare center provides immediate assistance for non-life threatening illness and injuries. Below you will find information on payment options and other valuable information. You may also contact UrgentCare at 406.222.0030 if you’d like to speak to someone directly.

Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: Most insurance will be billed but customers may be required to pay their co-pay at the time of service. Customers without accepted insurance will be required to pay at the time of service. Customers may pay any required cost by check, cash, or credit card.

Q: What medical insurances are accepted?
A: Most commercial and Medicare medical insurances will be billed. UrgentCare does not participate in all medical insurance plans. Customers will need to check with their specific plan to determine if the services will be considered covered and considered in-network.

Q: What medical insurances are NOT accepted?
A: UrgentCare will not accept or bill out of country insurance, Out of State Medicaid, Out of State PPOs or HMOs, Indian Health Service or Veterans Administration. Customers with one of these insurances are welcome to utilize UrgentCare, but will be required to pay at the time of service. UrgentCare is not considered emergent care, so these services often need to be prior authorized by the beneficiaries in order to be covered services by the above-listed payors.

Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: We do not take appointments, UrgentCare is a walk-in clinic.

Q: What services are offered?
A: Advanced care for minor emergencies including but not limited to:

• Fevers, coughs and flu
• Sore throats
• Earaches
• Cuts, abrasions and lacerations
• Fractures and sprains
• Burns
• Upset stomach and vomiting
• Allergic reactions
• Asthma
• Acute back and neck pain
• And other medical needs
