Livingston HealthCare Leadership Announcement
LIVINGSTON, MONT.— The Livingston HealthCare Board of Directors is announcing that Deb Anczak is resigning from her role as Chief Executive Officer of Livingston HealthCare. Deb will remain with Livingston HealthCare (LHC) through the end of September and will then be moving on to other opportunities outside of the organization.
“We thank Deb for everything she has done for Livingston HealthCare, our patients and the community,” said Michael McCormick, Chair of the Livingston HealthCare Board of Directors. “We wish her well in her future endeavors.”
Anczak came to LHC in 2011 as pharmacy manager. In 2014, she took on the role of Director of Performance Improvement and held both of these positions until taking over as CEO in 2018. “I am filled with deep gratitude to have worked alongside the amazing LHC team and feel proud to have gone through an unprecedented time in history with our community whose support and solidarity has been inspiring. LHC will continue to offer the highest quality of care and be recognized nationally through the hard work and dedication of such a talented team,” Anczak explains.
Angela Linden, RN, MHA, has agreed to serve as Interim CEO beginning October 1. Angela is a nationally respected health care leader who began as a critical care and emergency medicine nurse. She has broad experience in executive health care leadership, with a focus on helping hospitals and health care organizations with strategic planning and CEO search support. The board is launching a search for a new CEO immediately.
“We have seen monumental change in health care over the last few years, both nationally and here in Livingston, and that has brought many new challenges and opportunities,” McCormick said. “As a board and as a health care organization, we are committed to navigating these changes and opportunities together, for the benefit of our patients and the communities we serve.”
