Services We Offer

Family medicine services offered at Shields Valley Clinic include:

• Acute care for short-term illness
• Annual health evaluations
• Diabetes management
• Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals
• Flu Shots, allergy injections, and immunizations
• Joint injections for chronic conditions
• Lab services, provided four days a week
• Newborn and well-child care
• Sexually-transmitted disease (STD) screening
• Treatment for long-term medical conditions including diabetes and high blood pressure
• Treatment for minor injuries such as lacerations and sprains
• Women's Services including cervical cancer screening/Pap smear, breast and pelvic exams

Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation are:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8 AM – 4:30 PM

If you need medical care outside of normal operation hours, please visit Livingston HealthCare's UrgentCare located in Livingston. For emergencies, please call 9-1-1 or visit the Livingston HealthCare Emergency Department.
