Walk with Ease Program

Walk with Ease is a 6-week walking program open to anyone who wants to start or maintain a low-impact exercise program. The program is designed for all fitness levels. Participants walk a minimum of three days per week. During or before each walk, health care experts will discuss various health-related topics such as arthritis, body mechanics and more!
