Details:
These free classes support and prepare families expecting a new baby. Attend a few or all of the classes to learn more about healthy pregnancy, childbirth and infant care. Instructors include nursing staff and OB providers from Livingston HealthCare and Community Health Partners.
Labor Workshop:
Labor comfort measures discussion and hands-on demonstration: positions, breathing techniques, rebozos, peanut balls, etc. This workshop compliments our two-class series or one-day class but is also a great refresher. Bring a beach towel or yoga mat if you want to get hands-on instruction!
