As a physical therapist, I use patient centered care with evidence based
interventions to improve individuals' abilities to perform recreational
and functional activities as well as promote overall health and quality
of life. I also teach individuals how to continue self management of related
impairments to prevent future injuries and to maintain or continue progress
made in physical therapy.
