The Livingston HealthCare Foundation recently announced the recipients of the 2025 Livingston HealthCare Foundation Scholarships. Five exceptional Park High School seniors have been awarded $1,000 each to support their pursuit of post-secondary education in the healthcare field.
This year’s scholarship recipients are: Analeece Frederickson, Landess O’Dea, Alissa Ruebusch, Megan Ruebusch, Quinci Wood
These students have demonstrated a strong commitment to the healthcare profession through their academic achievements, participation in Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA), and successful completion of Work-Based Learning placements at Livingston HealthCare, according to a news release from the foundation.
Each has also met the eligibility criteria, including maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and receiving a competent or above rating in their hands-on training.
“We look forward to honoring these students at the Park High School Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony on May 13,” said Jessica Wilcox, executive director of the Livingston HealthCare Foundation. “They exemplify the future of compassionate, skilled healthcare professionals. We are honored to support their journey and invest in the future of healthcare in our community.”
As in many rural areas, Park County's need for qualified healthcare professionals remains critical. The Foundation’s scholarship program is part of a broader effort to encourage local students to consider careers in healthcare, with the hope that many will return to serve their home communities.
“The bonds formed between rural providers and the people they serve are uniquely strong,” Wilcox said. “Supporting students from our own community helps sustain those connections and creates a lasting legacy of care.”
