Livingston HealthCare was recently named one of the nation’s Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) by iVantage Health Analytics. This prestigious award recognizes the top 100 out of 1,300 Critical Access Hospitals in the United States–measuring them across the industry’s most comprehensive rating system using 62 different performance metrics, including quality, outcomes, patient satisfaction, affordability, population risk, and efficiency. Livingston HealthCare was one of seven Critical Access Hospitals in the state of Montana to receive this award.
“We are proud of the efforts that our physicians and staff have contributed to our hospital achieving this designation. This is our second award in 2015 for our outstanding efforts as a healthcare organization. We have a great team at LHC and our commitment to quality care is evident with this designation,” said Bren Lowe, CEO of Livingston HealthCare.
“These top 100 Critical Access Hospitals exhibit a focused concern for their community benefits and needs, regardless of scale, reimbursement and people’s ability to pay,” said Michael Topchik, senior vice president of iVantage Health Analytics.
Livingston HealthCare was also recently named a HEALTHSTRONG Top Hospital, a recognition given to only 572 out of 4,334 measured hospitals in the nation.
