How to receive the
initial series of the COVID vaccine:
- Call 406.222.3541 to schedule your appointment, or
- Ask your provider during your regularly-scheduled appointment
The Pediatric Pfizer vaccine (5-11 years old) for COVID is moving through
the authorization process with the FDA and CDC. Once approved we will
share information on how to receive the vaccine.
COVID Booster Dose
Pfizer and Moderna:
The Pfizer and Moderna vaccine have been approved for those who have completed
their intial vaccine series at least 6 months prior. Individuals that
age 65 and older,
ages 18-64 at increased risk of COVID exposure due to occupation or residing
in an institutional setting,
- ages 18-64 with underlying medical conditions
Johnson & Johnson:
The FDA has authorized the use of a single booster dose of the Johnson
& Johnson vaccine at least 2 months after completion of the inital
dose in individuals 18 and older.
Mix and Match Booster Vaccines:
People may receive any of the available COVID vaccines as a booster dose
after completion of their primary series, even if the booster is a different vaccine.
Livingston HealthCare's supply of all the vaccine types may vary—at
the time your appointment is made we will discuss what vaccine is available.

Notice regarding the COVID vaccine cost:
The COVID vaccine is free of charge, however a small administration charge
is associated. Livingston HealthCare will submit the charge to your insurance,
and you can expect to receive a statement stating “insurance pending”
until insurance processes the claim. If you are registered with no insurance
coverage, you may expect to receive billing statements while we are verifying
and confirming any insurance coverages, however at no point will any patient be responsible to pay any charges associated
with the COVID vaccine. If you have questions, call 823-6414.
There are many benefits to getting vaccinated for COVID-19 and doing so
will help end the pandemic.
We still need to wear masks, practice physical distancing and wash our
hands to prevent the spread of illness. Livingston HealthCare will provide updates as they are available, and
we recommend watching for additional details from state and local public
