Dr. Raymond Wright is Livingston HealthCare’s Emergency Department
Director and Chief of Staff. He is board certified in emergency medicine.
Wright has worked as an emergency physician in Montana since 2003, previously
practicing in the states of Georgia and Pennsylvania.
He attended the Medical University of South Carolina, with his residency
at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. Wright earned his undergraduate
degree in biology from Penn State University.
Wright says his goal is “to practice state-of-the-art emergency medicine
with compassion and make a meaningful contribution to the health care
of rural patient populations.”
His other professional activities include an associate clinical professorship
at Pacific Northwest University School of Osteopathic Medicine and service
as a volunteer EMS director for the communities of Worden and Shepherd, Montana.
Dr. Wright’s hobbies include hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing,
guitar, skiing and travel.
