Provider Bio
Kelsey Sullivan, PA-C is a Montana native who benefited from excellent
undergraduate education at Montana State in Bozeman. She received her
Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Oregon Health and Science University
in Portland, OR. She returned to Montana after 10 years in Oregon and
is thankful for the chance to have lived in two such beautiful states.
Her PA practice has focused on Hospital Medicine, Geriatrics and Palliative
Care. She has a particular passion for caring for the elderly and delivering
medical treatment that matches their values and goals. Outside of work,
she spends her time outdoors, traveling and baking.
