• Billings Clinic. The relationship between Livingston HealthCare and Billings Clinic is one of mutual respect and benefit. Mitch Goplen, VP of Facility Services for Billings Clinic, is the Project Manager for the Livingston HealthCare New Hospital & Clinic Project.

• United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). This project is only possible through a low-interest loan from the USDA. This loan is through the USDA's rural development initiative. We are truly thankful for their partnership.
