Healthy Steps
Supervised Exercise Program

Healthy Steps is a supervised exercise program for those with special health
concerns, such as hypertension and diabetes. It is also a great resource
for anyone seeking exercise with supervision. Participants receive an
individualized exercise program created by
an exercise physiologist to safely increase strength and endurance and
provide the other benefits of regular exercise—such as lower blood
pressure and blood sugars, improved cholesterol levels, and an overall
sense of well-being.
Through Healthy Steps, participants will work towards:
- Feeling better faster
- Getting stronger
- Reducing stress
- Reducing the risks of future heart problems
- Living longer
