Anthony Stark, DO, is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician who specializes in cutting edge non-operative management of sports-related injuries and acute and chronic pain disorders.
Dr. Stark received his medical degree from Des Moines University. Following medical school, he completed his internship and specialty training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Upon completion of residency training, Dr. Stark worked at Iowa Orthopedics in Des Moines treating back pain and an array of musculoskeletal injuries. In addition to his clinical duties at Iowa Orthopedics, Dr. Stark was a team physician for the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League and provided team coverage for the Drake University Bulldogs.
For nearly a decade Dr. Stark has been treating patients in the Gallatin Valley. He utilizes injections, bracing, regenerative medicine techniques (PRP & bone marrow concentration injections), and physical therapy. His approach emphasizes treatment plans, focusing on decreasing pain, maximizing function, and improving quality of life.
While not at work, Dr. Stark loves to spend time outside with his wife and kids fishing, golfing, and skiing.
