Sarah E. Stilwill, M.D., grew up in Traverse City, Michigan and received
her BA in German from Colgate University in 2001. She graduated from the
University of Vermont College of Medicine in 2008, and headed west to
the University of Utah for Diagnostic Radiology residency. Following completion
of her residency program in 2013, Dr. Stilwill completed a sub-specialty
fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging and Intervention at the University of Utah.
Dr. Stilwill has been an Assistant Professor In the Musculoskeletal (MSK)
Imaging section at the University of Utah since 2014, where she has served
as the MSK Imaging Fellowship program Director, Director of Resident MSK
education and curriculum, and Director of peripheral nerve imaging and
protocol optimization. She has been an invited speaker and has taught
several CME courses at national meetings on lumbosacral plexus nerve imaging,
and wrist ligament imaging. She has had several award winning educational
exhibits on brachial plexus and lumbosacral plexus imaging, imaging of
cardiac masses, foot and ankle arthroscopy, and orthopedic tumor imaging.
Dr. Stilwill is passionate about teaching, and having excellent relationships
with referring physicians in order to provide high quality patient care
and imaging evaluation. She and her husband love spending time in the
Montana great outdoors with their two boys, ages 2 and 5.
