Heart Health Month 2/13/2018

LHCFoundation sponsored social for celebrating the National Heart Health Month on February 13, 2018. This event also announced the launching of the Foundation's Campaign for "Cardio Health" for LHC's upcoming Cardio Program. There was an abundance of Heart Healthy appetizers and treats for everyone.
