Healthy Steps is a registered nurse-supervised exercise program for those with special health concerns, such as hypertension and diabetes. It is also a great resource for anyone seeking exercise with RN supervision. Participants receive an individualized exercise program to safely increase strength and endurance and provide the other benefits of regular exercise—such as lower blood pressure and blood sugars, improved cholesterol levels, and an overall sense of well-being.
