Affordable Care Act Navigators
Livingston HealthCare has two Licensed Affordable Care Act Navigators. Our Navigators help patients navigate the new health insurance marketplace, also known as the exchange. They can help you with insurance choices, eligibility, applications, referrals to the correct state agencies for Medicaid or CHIP programs, and answer any specific questions about the marketplace. All assistance is completely free of charge.

If you can pay your balance due in full, we offer you a 10 percent discount (must be paid in full within 20 days of first statement date).
Short-Term Payment Plan
If you cannot pay your balance due in full, you may make an initial payment (within 20 days of your statement date) and pay the remainder of the balance over a short-term period of time as follows:

Patient Loan Program
Livingston HealthCare is offering a patient loan program to enable patients to pay out-of-pocket healthcare costs in affordable monthly payments. With easy application and qualification criteria, these low-interest loans may be a simple solution for meeting your healthcare expenses. Patients can prepay at any time without a prepayment penalty. Patients can also easily add children or other dependents to their bill and add future charges to their account, as long as they are current on prior obligations. Patient Financial Assistance
Livingston HealthCare also provides patient financial assistance for uninsured or underinsured patients who qualify. Based on family income levels, your services may be provided at a deeply discounted rate.
