Michelle Becker, broker/owner of Maverick Realty in Livingston, has been a Board member since 2001. She is a lifelong resident of Park County, and has been n active realtor since 1987. When asked why she serves on the Livingston HealthCare Board, Michelle replied, “To continue to contribute to the health of the hospital and to be effective and helpful in accomplishing the vision of Livingston HealthCare.”
Annamarie DeYoung, Vice President
Anna DeYoung has been a Board member since 1998. She is currently President/CEO of Sky Federal Credit Union. When asked why she serves on Livingston HealthCare’s Board, Anna said, “I felt a strong need to participate in community affairs and offer my skills in a manner that could potentially benefit my community. Healthcare is an important issue to me and is of vital importance to our community. I feel strongly that we need to keep a viable program in our community."
Joseph T. Swindlehurst, Treasurer
Joe Swindlehurst is an attorney and has been with the law firm of Huppert, Swindlehurst & Woodruff since 1972. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Livingston HealthCare since 1998. Joe has always been interested in healthcare and has enjoyed his service on the Board of Livingston HealthCare. He continues to work hard to make this organization a success.
Billie Kaye Harms, Secretary Billie Kaye Harms is a homemaker and operates Harms Livestock, Inc., with her husband. She has been a Board member of Livingston HealthCare since 2002. Billie Kaye believes it is important to be involved in the community. She values her perspective on the Board as a “non-professional.” She always wants to focus on Livingston HealthCare’s mission to serve the residents of Park County and the surrounding communities.
Stanley P. Cornell
Stan Cornell is a Certified Public Accountant who has been in practice in Livingston since 1985. Prior to establishing himself in Livingston, he worked as a corporate comptroller in the credit field. Stan serves on Livingston HealthCare’s Board because “Livingston in general and Livingston HealthCare specifically have been good to me over the years. It is time for me to give something back to the community.” Stan has been a Board member since 2003.
Michelle Donaldson, MD
Michelle Donaldson practices orthopedics at Livingston HealthCare. She became a member of the Board in 2007. Dr. Donaldson is active in the Livingston community and in her profession. She serves as a consulting surgeon for the United States Ski and Snowboard Team, and she has published extensively in national and international peer-reviewed publications.
Glynna Freeman
Glynna Freeman and her husband own the Master Key Ranch where they have raised cattle since the 1980s. Until 2005, she practiced law in Chicago, focusing mostly on corporate law. She has served on many boards both in Chicago and Park County. She is currently on the Livingston Depot Foundation Board and Community Health Partners Board. Glynna believes that providing excellent medical care to our entire community is very important and she is interested in helping local healthcare facilities work more effectively together.
Marcene Huson
Marcene Huson is currently the Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager at Sterling Savings Bank in Livingston and has been in banking for over 25 years. She has served on many local boards and is a supporter of Park County arts and theater, as well as other community activities. As a third generation Montanan, Marcene thinks it is important that we serve and devote our time and energy to entities that play a vital role in addressing the needs of our rural communities.
Dana Taylor
Dana Taylor has been on the Board of Livingston HealthCare since 2003. He currently provides tax preparation and financial services consulting in Livingston. Dana has served on many local boards and is a member of the Livingston Rotary. He serves on the Livingston HealthCare Board because he identifies that our services and facilities are precious resources for our community. Dana would like to assist in helping Livingston HealthCare continue to grow and provide needed medical services to the community.
Douglas Wadle, MD
Douglas Wadle is an internal medicine physician at Livingston HealthCare. Prior to moving to Livingston in August of 2003, Dr. Wadle served as Chief Resident at the University of Washington Medical Center Primary Care Track in Boise, Idaho. He was elected as Physician Trustee to the Livingston HealthCare Board in 2005.
