Our Diabetes Education program offers comprehensive education to diabetes patients and their families. Trained diabetes educators provide education on nutrition, self-medication, glucose control, exercise and complications. Diabetes Education also provides community screenings to promote healthy patient self-management and prevent diabetes complications.
