Livingston HealthCare offers free programs that provide information to help you prepare for your big day and caring for your newborn.
 
Preparing for Childbirth
Preparing for Childbirth provides information on what to expect during the birth experience and after giving birth. The class includes information on labor and delivery, medical interventions, and options to customize your birth plan. Snacks and lunch are provided. Please RSVP to 823-6660.
 
Caring for Your Newborn
For new and expectant parents, this class provides the tools you need to feel confident in caring for your newborn. Learn about newborn behavior cues and how to respond, eating and sleeping, and health and safety, as well as tips on comforting your newborn. Please RSVP to 823-6660.
 
Breastfeeding Support Group
This group provides support for mothers who are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed. A Livingston HealthCare certified lactation counselor will provide education and answers on breastfeeding questions. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and interact with other breastfeeding mothers. RSVP not required. Come as often as you need. Babies welcome.
